1. Eligibility for Refund
- Service Not Started: Full refund if the project has not commenced and no work has been delivered.
- Within 7 Days of Start: 75% refund if you are dissatisfied with the initial strategy or approach, provided minimal work has been completed.
- Service Quality Issues: Partial refund may be considered if deliverables do not match the agreed-upon scope and specifications.
- Billing Errors: Full refund for any duplicate or incorrect charges.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client
- Third-party costs (ad spend, hosting fees, domain registrations, stock images, software licenses)
- Rush or priority service fees
- Custom design work that has been approved at the mockup/draft stage
- Monthly retainer fees for completed months of service
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing Time
- Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS: 5-7 business days
- UPI Refund: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days (depending on your bank)
5. Ad Spend Refunds
Advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is paid directly to the platform or pre-funded to the ad account. Unused ad budget can be paused or returned as per the platform's own refund policies. Omkar Process management fees for ad campaigns are separate and subject to the refund terms above.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate your concern by emailing info@omkarprocess.online with the subject "Refund Dispute – [Invoice Number]". We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.
